After naming your backup job, it is time to set up some general things about it.

After that it is time to select where the backup file will be stored.

Next step would be setting up the dropbox, email and the Cron job, stay tuned..

Step 2 : Schedule the WordPress Cron

Under “schedule” we are going to setup the time when we want our backup to take place.

If you choose “daily” than the backup will be created and send to your email and dropbox once per day – every day.

BUT, HEY WAIT!!! Where do i set up my dropbox and email?

hm…Right!

Step 3 : Authorize Dropbox and set up the email

Lets set up the email first, under ” to email” tab you may insert the email, it can be any email at all so this is great for maintaining clients websites as well.

And the final step would be setting up the plugin to send the backup directly to your dropbox folder ( provided that you have a dropbox  account already)  if not you can create a dropbox account here

so the final step is authorizing your plugin with the dropbox account, under “to Dropbox” tab click on the “Authenticate” button first.
